Why should I go with you when I can get it for less money direct from Infusionsoft?

Based on over a year of experience, we have bundled together a comprehensive package deal from Infusionsoft that contains the right-fit number of user licenses, contacts, e-mails, add-in licenses, contract terms, pre-built campaigns and ongoing support that fit the best for our members. The software licenses alone would actually cost you MORE if you went with Infusionsoft direct, and you would have to commit to a 12-month contract right out of the gate, whereas ours allows you to significantly lower your financial risk by signing on only for a month-to-month contract. In addition, you will find that the pre-built campaigns we have included would typically run you $1,000 to $3,000 per campaign to build out properly, if purchased separately. Plus, in our program you get exclusive access to members-only tools, resources, trainings, support, user groups and more.

I’m not doing a TON of marketing and don’t have a marketing person. Is Infusionsoft right for me?

Did you wait until you have a bucket of managed services clients before you bought into a PSA tool? No, you got the tools and workflows set up before selling. Waiting until you are doing more marketing to invest in a marketing automation tool is backwards as well. Getting your CRM and marketing automation set up first sets you up for success. Plus, it may just be the kick in the pants to get you going. Start with the Builder level and build your foundation, and then move to Implementer.

Can I do the same things in my PSA tool/Excel spreadsheets/Mindmatrix/Constant Contact? I already have those tools.

Those tools aren’t a true CRM and definitely aren’t a sophisticated marketing automation platform. You cannot do if/then logic with your marketing in these tools, and it’s VERY difficult to pull even a simple list (e.g., all prospects who attended a recent trade show who haven’t received a campaign from you). Infusionsoft automates the entire workflow of a campaign with if/then logic and can give you sophisticated reports on campaigns. You are spending way too much time and getting headaches over trying to get these tools to be something they are not designed to be. The amount of time and energy you will save by going to Infusionsoft is worth it!

I’m just a one-man band. Is this too much?

That’s exactly why you need Infusionsoft. You have too many hats on as it is, and this will allow you to take off the marketing admin hat. Implementing Robin’s Infusionsoft will allow you to actually get marketing done and out the door. Any new software is going to take a time investment to learn it and set it up, just like a new employee takes time to train up. But once you work through our basic training and get your Infusionsoft set up, the automation will save you so much time (and headache) in the future to do the marketing. Start with the Builder level and build your foundation, and then move to Implementer.

What is included in the initial onboarding fee?

This is for us to build your entire MSP-customized Infusionsoft, do all of the recommended settings for your CRM, and build and install the marketing automation campaign workflows. It is also for the initial Basic Training (either on demand or live, virtual workshop) and unlimited technical support, direct from our team. The onboarding fee also includes your first month’s licensing as well.

What if I already have Infusionsoft?

If you have already purchased Infusionsoft, you may still participate in this program. We just transfer ownership of the Infusionsoft app to us so we can push campaigns into your app and provide support. You then pay us the monthly. We will facilitate the entire transfer process. You will still need to do the onboarding fee, though, since we are still doing all of the setup and training on our campaigns.

Can I get the Robin Robins campaigns separate from this program?

No. The campaigns we have developed and will continue to develop are exclusive to this program and will not be offered anywhere else.

How much are the additional campaigns?

We currently have 55+ built out, and they range from $49 to $199, depending on the complexity of the campaign and your membership level. It’s a onetime investment in the campaign workflow, and you can reuse it as many times as you want. NOTE: Only those at Implementer level and above can get these campaigns. Builders need to upgrade if they want to add campaigns.

Is a dialer included?

Additional features like a dialer or an online calendaring system are optional and additional if you choose to add them. Infusionsoft has an open API, so it can integrate with MANY third-party add-ons, such as a dialer. We have a list of recommended add-ons if you choose to build out your Infusionsoft.

What is my commitment to this program?

This is a month-to-month program. You may cancel your CRM software at any time.

Can’t I just buy Infusionsoft CRM and build the campaigns myself?

Yes, it is possible to build out the campaigns yourself; however, to have an Infusionsoft Certified Consultant build out the campaigns for you will typically cost anywhere from $1,000 to $3,000 per campaign, not including all of the time it will take to explain how the campaign is supposed to work. And then, in the end, you just hope that it works like it should! On average, we have spent approximately 10 to 20 hours to build out each campaign – planning, designing, building and testing. Infusionsoft is a powerful CRM that can build out a ton of automation, but it is also a complex tool. There’s a reason why many inexperienced, DIYers nickname it “Confusionsoft.” If you don’t know what you’re doing in building campaigns, you can get yourself into a big mess!

Does it work well with MailChimp, Constant Contact or another e-mail deliverability tool?

It actually replaces those! You don’t have to use MailChimp or another e-mail tool anymore because all of your e-mail broadcasts can now be sent through Infusionsoft. It has a very simple, WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get) editor, or we have preloaded templates as well. Now all of your lists, reports, marketing, campaigns and more are all in one place and connected.

Does the plan include phone support?

This support plan does NOT include inbound phone support. After 10s of thousands of hours spent supporting Infusionsoft, we have learned how to communicate and have learned that our clients typically get the best and quickest support by using our support email or the dedicated QUE since it’s monitored by our team of Infusionsoft Ninjas. We will respond to all support requests within 1 business day, and we often will send you a custom how-to video to help train on a process or answer your question. We may also encourage you to use one of your private one-on-one sessions, where we can provide individual support.
